The Arolytics founding team met while working at one of the largest oil and gas emissions research groups in North America. With first-ever emission regulations being announced for the oil and gas sector, we saw tremendous opportunity to help industry transition to a new era of measurement, abatement, and reporting. Fast forward to today, we're a robust team of emissions experts developing cutting edge digital solutions for oil and gas emissions management.

Chief Executive Officer
Liz has extensive experience in methane and air quality projects and research. Having spent several years working to quantify greenhouse gas emissions from a dozen energy developments across Canada, she has a thorough understanding of the oil and gas emissions landscape across the country, and the challenges faced by industry. Liz was recognized as a 2022 Forbes Top 30 under 30 in the Energy category.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff has over 20 years' experience across business development, finance, operations, HSE, and sustainability functions within upstream oil and gas, of which over 10 years have been dedicated to operational improvements and enhanced corporate performance through the strategic abatement of emissions. Jeff holds a CFA designation.
Chief Product Officer
Stephan Becker is the Chief Product Officer at Arolytics, where he leads the product team, UX design, customer success, and software engineering teams. With over eight years of experience in product management across various startups, Stephan has focused on clean tech and Methane Management SaaS products in recent years. He is passionate about uncovering the stories data tells and is pragmatic about the data quality required to achieve scalable insights
Science & Innovation Advisor
Dave is an expert in gas measurement and quantification. He holds 6 patents, from fiber optic gas measurements to computational approaches to gas emissions analysis. Dave heads the FluxLab at St. Francis Xavier University, the largest gas measurement-specific research group in a Canadian University. A decade ago he co-founded Eosense, a Dartmouth-based gas instrumentation company.

Jennifer the Managing Member of Clarity Energy Advisors, LLC, providing advisory services to scale up emissions mitigation technology companies. She is a senior oil and natural gas executive with expertise in finance, climate policy, and legislative and regulatory affairs relating to climate and energy issues. She most recently led all climate and carbon management policy work at the American Petroleum Institute at both state and federal levels, including carbon capture and sequestration, voluntary carbon markets, climate policy, and GHG emissions quantification methodologies. After retiring as an executive of Southwestern Energy, serving as Senior Vice President Finance, Interim Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President Legislative and Regulatory Affairs, she held roles as an independent board member for an environmental services company and an emissions detection technology company. She also served as Vice President for Baker Hughes Emissions Management providing methane monitoring and quantification technologies.
Jennifer is an attorney licensed to practice in Texas and held leadership positions with the Natural Gas Supply Association, American Exploration and Production Council, and the Marcellus Shale Coalition.
Jennifer received recognition by Hart Energy’s Oil and Gas Investor Magazine as a 2024 Influential Woman in Energy, is recognized as one of Texas’ Most Powerful Women in Oil and Gas by the National Diversity Council, a Top Woman in Energy by the Houston Business Journal, and received the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Trailblazer Award.

Senior Director of R&D at Siemens
Jeff Dyck is a Senior Director of R&D at Siemens, leading the development of semiconductor design technology focused on improving chip performance, power efficiency, and production cost. He manages four transistor-level design product lines with a global team of ~500 developers. Additionally, Jeff heads Siemens EDA's central AI team, providing innovative AI platform tech to all Siemens EDA product lines. Previously, he led R&D and product at Solido, where he pioneered AI applications in chip design prior to its acquisition by Siemens in 2017. Jeff also serves as an independent board member and advisor to several scale-up technology companies.
